Takshashila University has organized a guest lecture on January 24th, (Wednesday) on Menstrual Hygiene. Dr. S. Santhakumari, Chief Medical Officer of Tindivanam Govt. Hospital, has created awareness about Menstrual Hygiene, how to correct irregular periods, PCOD and PCOS, and menstrual cramps. She also discussed the importance of menstrual cups and their benefits, as well as briefly explained the menstrual cycle and its physiology. The management of Takshashila University including the Honorable Pro-Chancellor, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Honorable Registrar and Respected Deans , welcomed and honored the chief guest. All Takshashila University female students participated in this program, which was organized by the School of Physiotherapy, AHS, and Pharmacy.
